The Future of Nutrition

The fact that a new technological development is experienced every day points to us that there will be great changes in fields such as health and nutrition.

How many years will it be until the normalization of our lives, when you order your food from holographic menus and your food is served to you by robots?

We could not help but think that the dishes we are accustomed to taste may not remain as we like them in the future, even if we take things a little further and consume them in the form of protein capsules instead of, for example, a chicken product.

What would it be like to have a steak specially prepared by scientists for people who no longer want to harm living things, saying it’s 2022?

Creating edible products based entirely on our own creativity using 3D printers, which we have been talking about recently, also sounds very fun.

Growing fruit and vegetables is a job that requires a lot of care, care and patience nowadays. Sometimes you think carefully about everything from the juice to the ball of a fruit, and you fall on it like a child. But technological developments show us that it will be possible for fruits and vegetables to grow in a much shorter time with studies in the field of genetics.

It is a known fact that omega-3, which is very important for people from metabolism to cardiovascular health and cognitive functions, is not sufficiently consumed by people around the world. Let’s just say that because of this issue, scientists are looking for various ways to see how people can love omega-3. For this reason, scientists aim to bring such necessary supplements to people with capsules.

Finally, let’s share a result of the researches. It is thought that over time, the consumption of chicken and meat will gradually decrease and all the needs of people as food can be met from insects. This has already made us think that insects will be among the alternatives for nutrition in the future and that mealworms may be included in our lives.
